APPOINTMENT prep

Kindly ensure that you arrive at your appointment with hair that is clean, dry, and free from tangles. This helps us maintain our schedule and serve all clients promptly throughout the day.

Please double-check your appointment booking to guarantee you receive the most suitable and optimal treatment for your hair type. Feel free to contact us via email with any questions. We are here to assist you and ensure you receive the best possible service.

lateness/ no show

If you anticipate being late or unable to attend your appointment due to unexpected circumstances, please make it a priority to contact us promptly.

Please note that if you arrive 15 minutes or later than the scheduled appointment time, we retain the right to cancel your appointment while retaining the non-refundable deposit. This policy is in place to ensure that we can provide timely and efficient service to all our customers.

In the case of a no-show, your deposit will be forfeited, or an additional surcharge will be applied to your account.

We require a deposit with each appointment booked.

Which will be deducted from your final bill on the day of treatment. Suppose you do not receive a deposit within 24hrs of booking your appointment at the salon.

If deposits are unpaid, your appointment will be cancelled.

All deposits are non-refundable.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you have two options:

  1. Either login to our online booking system

  2. Get in touch with us directly via email

Please note that deposits are non-refundable. However, a credit will be kept on your account until you schedule your next appointment.

Kindly note that cancellations or changes cannot be made within three days of the appointment.

GUESTS

To ensure a smooth experience during busy periods at the salon, kindly send us an email for confirmation before inviting any guests.
